The Below 100 Program is designed to drastically reduce law enforcement Line of Duty Deaths (LODD’s). The Below 100 Program specifically addresses the operational areas of law enforcement that contribute to the greatest number of LODD’s, but are in large part preventable.

Inmate Manipulation and the influence correctional officer have over inmates is intertwined as part of our everyday operations. Inmate Manipulation can be the most dangerous part of a correctional officer’s career. Inmates have nothing to lose by luring an officer into their tangled web of games.
