This course is open to both members of public safety and civilian apartment complex managers and single-family rental unit landlords. This four hour seminar will offer participants a fresh approach to reducing 911 calls for service and increasing tenant’s quality of life through tried and true best practices and case studies.

This course provides various scenarios where officers respond to and react to situations that they may encounter while on duty. Officers interact with computer generated scenarios using verbal commands, use of cover, and the use of firearms as needed.
