THIS CLASS WAS CANCELLED BY HUMAN FACTORS RESEARCH GROUP (FORMERLY KNOWN AS PPCT) NATIONWIDE. THEY ARE AWAITING NEW TRAINING MANUALS AND WILL NOT BE OFFERING THIS CLASS UNTIL THEY ARE PRINTED.
This training program focuses on perimeter containment of Fleeing Subjects while utilizing Man-Tracking skills, deploying K-9, utilization of aviation support, and possibly LPOP’s (Listening Points / Observation Points). These techniques are also utilized for Lost and Missing Persons.
This course is designed to train participants in the operation of the Patrol Rifle / Carbine.
The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) course was developed from the military Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training. TECC is adapted to provide operators with battlefield proven trauma care information and techniques due to hostile action, particularly penetrating trauma.
