Recent incidents of violence in religious institutions have forced religious leaders to re-exam security measures. Balancing the openness of a religious institution with the necessity for real security can be difficult.  This one-day course will assist attendees with this dilemma. 

Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE)

The purpose of the 16-hour Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) course is to increase officer ability to observe, identify, and articulate the signs of impairment related to drugs, alcohol, or a combination of both.

Speed Measurement Devices

This class is the required training for officers who have not been certified in Speed Measurement Devices.  Additionally, it is highly recommended for those that, as a matter of agency assignment, have not operated a RADAR unit for the past year or more.  If any personnel only need the LIDAR portion of the training, they can register separately for the class which is the first four hours of day 3.
