Report Writing

This program is designed to provide Emergency Services Personnel with skills to enhance their report writing capabilities to accurately collect, record, and articulate the necessary information for an incident.  Emphasis will be placed on the following:

• Organization
• Format
• Sentence Structure
• Active Verb Voice
• First Person
• Transferring Interview Skills and Recall into a Report
• Writing for Prosecution

Instructor:  Bradley Rougeau is with the Ann Arbor Police Department.  He has an Associates degree in Criminal Justice from Oakland Community College, a Bachelor degree in Sociology from Oakland University and has been on staff with the Oakland Police Academy for a number of years instructing in Report Writing.

Cost:  LEORTC Non-Licensed Personnel – $55.00 p/p   LEORTC Licensed Members – Prepaid
