National Hospitality Institute presents:
Training for Law Enforcement: What you need to know about Michigan liquor law and the licensing process.
This eight-hour MCOLES-approved class is for all law enforcement officers that enforce the Michigan Liquor Code. The course will start with licensing and a complete overview of the application process. Officers will gain an in-depth knowledge of Michigan liquor laws. The class will continue with a community-based approach to working with licensed establishments to reduce and prevent calls for service. Officers will learn how the objection and renewal process works and what role law enforcement has in the process. Officers will leave with a better understanding of the MLCC licensing process and Michigan liquor laws.
