This 4-hour training seminar is specifically tailored for Police Supervisors, Managers, and Administrators.  Participants will learn about changes in the law and the most current trends in litigation in an effort to limit their exposure, and the exposure of their organization, to the effects of litigation.

Instructor:  Attorney Audrey Forbush is a shareholder with the law firm of Plunkett Cooney, PC.  She has successfully defended numerous cases against law enforcement agencies throughout Michigan involving allegations of excessive force, false arrest, illegal search, deliberate indifference to medical needs and failure to properly train & supervise.  She is the legal adviser for the Law Enforcement Action Forum.
