Beyond the Cones will impact the way Street Cops respond to emergencies. Most, if not all, single-vehicle police crashes involving officers responding to critical incidents could be avoided or eliminated. One of the key training objectives of this course is to develop an understanding of how decisions are made through either the “rational v. emotional” process. This course will provide information that is current and fact-based on the realities of emergency responders. Its purpose is to ultimately change the police driving culture thus saving lives.
