Critical Analysis and Lessons Learned from the Sandy Hook School Shooting
This one-day seminar is designed as both a presentation of the critical analysis of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting and a skill builder for Dispatch personnel, 1st Responders, Detectives, Supervisors and School Officials. Lessons learned will focus on active shooter dispatch, crisis response planning, investigative considerations, community recovery and the after action review process.

Training Facilitators:
Daniel Jewiss is a member of the Connecticut State Police currently assigned to the training academy. As a detective, Dan was involved in many high profile cases and was the case officer for the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting. He is a Senior Associate with Team Training Associates (TTA).
Eric Murray is the President/Founder of TTA with over 29 years of law enforcement experience, the past 25 with the Connecticut State Police. He has authored and published a number of Law Enforcement training DVD’s.
