STANDARD FIELD SOBRIETY TESTING (SFST) REFRESHER
Standards require that officers are re-certified in SFST every four years if they wish to participate in Grant Funded Alcohol Enforcement Programs.
This 4-hour class is mandatory for those that have been trained in SFST prior to 2011 if they wish to keep their SFST certification and eligibility to participate in OHSP funded alcohol enforcement grants. The class is designed to update and verify an officer’s ability to comply with the proper administration and documentation of field sobriety testing.
Instructor: Michael O’Brian of the Grand Blanc Township Police Department.
Date and Time: Two classes will be offered on September 24, 2024, 8:00am – 12:00pm or 1:00pm – 5:00pm
